Explore the future of storytelling with Ubuntu. Meet us at Siggraph 2023

Canonical will participate in Siggraph 2023 in Los Angeles on August 8 -10 for the second time to help you explore the future of storytelling with Ubuntu. This is an additional step in working even closer with the VFX Media & Entertainment community.

Siggraph 2022

Last year we built a dedicated team to support Linux in this industry and SIGGRAPH was instrumental for us to have meaningful conversations with ISVs, studios, and artists. We gathered in person in Vancouver and virtually to celebrate our diverse, global community and the stories, innovations, and industry advancements that make up the SIGGRAPH community.

Canonical at Siggraph 2023

This year we will continue sharing the news and exploring the future of storytelling with Ubuntu at Siggraph 2023 – the premier conference and exhibition on computer graphics and interactive techniques.

We are excited to be part of such a big industry event and we can’t wait to meet you all. Computer graphics experts, animators, artists, let’s drive innovation and unleash creativity in the open-source space together.

This year is a special year for Siggraph: it’s a 50th conference celebration, which reflects on half a century of creativity for everything including animation and visual effects for film, tv, and games, VR/AR/MR, digital art installations, scientific visualizations, real-time rendering, and more.

What’s next?

Make sure you pass by our booth at Siggraph 2023 on August 8-10, 2023, and connect with our industry experts to learn more about the future of storytelling with Ubuntu. You can easily schedule a meeting with us in advance to plan your time spent at Siggraph 2023 even more efficiently.

Get in touch with our Media & Entertainment team to find out more about how we can enable your studio with Ubuntu and all its great enterprise management features.

See you soon in Los Angeles.
